Irwin Mitchell Gives Backing To Powerchair Football Team
A sports club in Worcester has received a boost from national law firm Irwin Mitchell as part of its campaign to support disability sports.
The Worcester Whizzards powerchair football team will benefit from a £500 donation, with the organisation putting the funds towards a new team kit.
The money has been awarded as part of Irwin Mitchell’s Don’t Quit, Do It campaign which seeks to promote both the physical and psychological benefits of being involved in disability sports and is supported by multiple gold-medal winning Paralympian Hannah Cockroft MBE.
