Jeremy Raj Named National Head Of Residential Property At Irwin Mitchell Private Wealth

Irwin Mitchell Private Wealth has announced that Jeremy Raj has been appointed to the newly created role of National Head of Residential Property for the leading law firm.

Jeremy, who joined IMPW in September as Head of London Residential Property, was previously at Wedlake Bell where he was head of the residential team from 2006 to 2013. He was also an elected board member and one of four practice group leaders with responsibility for the private client, immigration, family and residential property teams. Jeremy regularly handles high-value portfolio acquisitions and residential investments, as well as having strong experience with overseas investors and in high-end London residential property.

Jeremy’s promotion is the latest in a string of national appointments for Irwin Mitchell Private Wealth, which is one of the largest private client teams in the country. Earlier this year Ros Bever was named National Head of Family and Nick Rucker as National Head of Tax, Trusts and Estates. The three join Paula Myers as National Head of Will, Trust and Estate Disputes to complete the four areas that Irwin Mitchell Private Wealth encompasses, reporting to Craig Marshall who is Chief Executive of Personal Legal Services at Irwin Mitchell.

Irwin Mitchell Private Wealth has seen multiple high-calibre partner hires over the last year across all four of its departments, most recently James Laycock and Claire-Marie Cornford who both joined the Will, Trust and Estate Disputes team in Leeds and London respectively.
