

Man arrested on suspicion of causing injuries by dangerous driving
Bus passengers have instructed specialist lawyers at Irwin Mitchell after a crash in Chesterfield in which passengers on board were injured and one motorist was airlifted to hospital.
The crash happened at 5pm on Brimington Road two months ago and involved a bus and two cars.
Now a number of passengers, who suffered injuries on board the number 70 Killamarsh bus, have instructed expert injury lawyers at Irwin Mitchell to investigate into the cause of the collision.
Police had to close the road until the early hours on March 4 after the three-vehicle crash, in order to examine the scene.
The driver of one of a cars suffered serious injuries and was airlifted to the Queen’s Medical Centre in Nottingham.
A man driving the other car – a Vauxhall Astra - went to hospital in Chesterfield with minor injuries.
A 37-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of causing injuries by dangerous driving and bailed pending further investigation.
