Expert Opinion
“It is very concerning to hear reports of this incident in Switzerland and it is clear that the priority at this stage must be ensuring that injured passengers continue to receive the support they require in relation to both their physical and psychological injuries.

“It is also important that the focus remains on developing an understanding as to how this incident occurred and examining what, if anything, can be done to prevent future incidents of the same nature.

“Sadly this is one of several major coach crashes to emerge in recent years and while it remains too early to say what caused this latest crash, it is vital – where possible – that lessons are learned.” Philip Banks - Partner
