West Midlands Law Firm Give Employment Advice
A West Midlands law firm is offering youngsters the chance to find out more about life as a modern day solicitor as lawyers team up with the Shadow Housing Minister in Wolverhampton for a Careers Convention which is also supported by a number of organisations and business from Wolverhampton.
The event, organised by Our Lady & St Chad Catholic Sports College, Emma Reynolds MP and Irwin Mitchell, is an opportunity for local youngsters to discover new and exciting career paths, including law.
The Careers Convention will take place at Our Lady & St Chad Catholic Sports College, in Wolverhampton on Friday 27 June between 10am and 3pm.
Expert Opinion
We are pleased to be a part of the Careers Convention and to hopefully help many young people to choose their future careers, as well as give the students hints and tips about how to achieve their goals.
“At Irwin Mitchell, I specialise in personal injury law and we work with people who have suffered serious injury or illness through medical negligence or incidents such as accidents in the workplace or on the road. We try to make sure our clients get the practical support they need to improve their quality of life and is a very rewarding thing to do each day.
“I hope that through the Careers Convention we can inspire young people, and get them to think more carefully about whether a career in law would be a good match for their skills and potential.”
