Firm Becomes Exclusive Legal Partner For BPS Birmingham Leaders
The Birmingham office of law firm Irwin Mitchell has announced a new commercial partnership with BPS Birmingham and its BPS Birmingham Leaders membership network.
BPS Birmingham specialises in promoting the scale and strength of Greater Birmingham’s business professional and financial services sector and represents its members to ensure professionals and their firms have maximum potential to grow.
BPS Birmingham replaced the ‘Birmingham Forward’ name last year following a strategic review. The organisation is the representative body of the sector and Leaders is specifically for established leaders and senior managers in professional firms.
Other BPS Birmingham member networks are BPS Birmingham Aspire, for 16-24 year olds in education who want to join the sector, and BPS Birmingham Future, which provides a platform for the city’s young professionals to become Birmingham’s business leaders.
Rob Laugharne, an Associate in the Corporate team at Irwin Mitchell, said:
Irwin Mitchell has made a number of senior hires within its Business Legal Services (BLS) team since the start of 2014. Amongst the recent recruits are Corporate and Commercial Partners Nick Dawson and Sarah Riding, Senior Associate Rob Laugharne, and education employment specialist Surinder Dhillon.
