Deal Sees Lhasa Limited Move Into New Head Office

The Leeds office of national law firm, Irwin Mitchell, has advised on the purchase of Granary Wharf House by educational charity Lhasa Limited.

The three-storey purpose built 20,805 sq ft offices were previously occupied by the Medical Protection Society (MPS), which relocated to Victoria Place earlier this year as part of its continued expansion.

Lhasa Limited is a not-for-profit organisation and educational charity. It facilitates collaborative data sharing projects in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and chemistry-related industries.

David Watson of Lhasa Limited said: "We’re really pleased with our new home, and are looking forward to making a smooth transition to the new space. It’s a fantastic building which will allow us to grow and evolve our research and development in support of our members by providing us with the necessary space."
