

Event Taking Place Later This Month
On 19 January, Michael Napier, chairman of Irwin Mitchell, is set to join a list of distinguished speakers including Lord Justice Jackson to discuss how reforms to costs and funding could affect the commercial litigation landscape.
The panel, including Michael Napier, who chaired the Civil Justice Council’s working party that produced the new Code of Conduct for Litigation Funders, will consider how contingency fees could change commercial litigation.
The conference is being hosted by Herbert Smith at Exchange House, Primrose Street, London.
Director of The Judge, Matthew Amey, and Solicitors Regulatory Authority chairman Charles Plant are also among the line up of speakers.
