Team Provide Support For Organisation's Upcoming Summer Event
Lawyers at Irwin Mitchell’s Leeds office have given their backing to The Donkey Sanctuary by donating funds to help the organisation with its annual summer fair.
The team of personal injury specialists has given £500 and provided posters and literature for the organisation’s upcoming event, which is taking place at Eccup on Saturday 1st September.
Irwin Mitchell’s relationship with the organisation stems from the law firm’s previous involvement with the Elizabeth Svensden Trust, which is now part of the body and offers children with special educational needs the chance to enjoy stimulating, sensory-rich outdoor therapy and experiences.
Cathryn Godfrey, a legal expert at Irwin Mitchell’s Leeds office, said: “We are proud to be able to help such a great cause and provide support for an event which helps to raise vital funds for The Donkey Sanctuary.
“Many of the families that we have provided legal support for have gone on to make use of the brilliant services that the charity offers, with youngsters who may not have previously had the chance getting to ride donkeys and develop a strong appreciation of the outdoors in general.
“Here at Irwin Mitchell we are proud of our links with the community and recognise the importance of providing support to brilliant organisations like this one.”
