

Building Due For Completion This Year
Irwin Mitchell’s Real Estate team has advised key client Gazeley UK Limited on their latest transaction at Magna Park, Milton Keynes, with AG Barr plc. Gazeley are to construct a 265,000 sq ft building to suit the warehouse and production plant at the site for AG Barr, who manufacture Irn Bru, Tizer and Rubicon drinks.
The building will be constructed using Gazeley’s G Track fast delivery programme and will be ready by the end of this year.
The Irwin Mitchell team was led by Real Estate Associate Solicitor, Louise Cartwright alongside partner and Head of Construction, David Parton who was assisted by Solicitor Vanessa Greaves. David McCaul and Craig Roberts of Dickson Minto in Edinburgh acted for AG Barr.
Magna Park, Milton Keynes is Gazeley’s flagship UK distribution and logistics park and occupiers include John Lewis plc and River Island. The 210 acre park has planning consent for 4.4m sq ft in total and has easy access to the M1.
