Road Closed For Hours Following Incident
A 56-year-old tipper lorry driver is being treated in hospital after suffering serious injuries when his vehicle collided with a tractor on the A91 near Stirling yesterday (September 7th).
Tayside Police have revealed that the road in Perthshire was closed for around seven hours at the B919 junction after the incident, which left the motorist trapped in the cab of the lorry.
He was taken to Ninewells Hospital in Dundee following the crash, for surgery after suffering both serious leg and chest injuries in the crash. Investigations have now commenced into discovering how the incident came to occur.
