Holland Rejoins Law Firm

Leading law firm Irwin Mitchell has welcomed back former partner at the firm and leading commercial property lawyer Martyn Holland as a Consultant in the Real Estate team.

Holland, who has over 20 years experience in the commercial property market in Yorkshire, previously spent over 10 years at Irwin Mitchell as a Partner before moving to DLA Piper for four years.

He has re-joined Irwin Mitchell as a Consultant and has expertise in working with both regional and national clients on development and finance deals as well as having extensive experience in the health and retail sectors.

Commenting on his appointment at Irwin Mitchell, Holland said: “I’m looking forward to coming back to Irwin Mitchell. It is a very strong and experienced property team here offering a full service from advice on finance and investment to development, lettings, litigation and planning.
