

Experts Help To Secure Fuel Agreement
The Corporate team at leading law firm Irwin Mitchell has been instrumental as sole advisors in securing a deal for an independent petroleum company to provide fuel at Heathrow airport.
Mabanaft Limited has signed a deal to help Heathrow’s owners BAA to establish a fuel bunkering station for London Black Cab drivers to re-fuel at the airport. Mabanaft Limited, a leading independent petroleum distribution business, will supply the fuel in a special area provided by BAA.
Irwin Mitchell’s experienced Corporate team were the sole advisers on the deal assisting Mabanaft in setting up a Joint Venture to complete the deal.
