

Bonfire Night After Dark Event
Sheffield based law firm Irwin Mitchell are the proud sponsors and will play host to 450 guests at this years annual After Dark event taking place this bonfire night, Monday November 5 at the purpose built Don Valley Grass Bowl.
The event boasts guest stars, a funfair and food stalls and is attended by up to 18,000 people every year who come together to gather round the bonfire and watch the celebrated firework display.
Now in its 11th year, After Dark is a fantastic family evening of fun that attracts visitors from across the region.
Sarah Perrin, a 25-year old from Ecclesall in Sheffield will set the evening on fire this year as she pushes the button that sets the bonfire alight.
A client of Irwin Mitchell’s, Sarah was born with cerebral palsy and is a former pupil of Paces School, the only registered school in the UK which provides full-time conductive education for children aged 2 to 18 with the brain disorder and other motor disorders of neurological origins based at High Green.
David Body, a Partner at the law firm and the School’s Chair of Governors will accompany Sarah on the night as she takes the plunge. He said: “We sponsored the very first After Dark 11 years ago and are delighted to be doing so again this year.
“It is one of the great family nights out; there is truly something for everyone.”
