

Soldier injury compensation
TA Scott Garthley suffered multiple injuries when he was blown up by a Scud missile in Kuwait and is now suing the MoD for £2.8 million.
Scott who has finally been discharged from hospital has had 20 operations, including to his stomach, shoulder, throat, knees, bladder, spine and bowel.
The former TA was medically discharged in 2005 and later had to quite his job in human resources for a national bank.
Mr Garthley, who is also suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, is suing the MoD for earnings based on salary until he is 65.
Mr Garthley, from Northampton, now lives on his £800-a-month Army pension.
