Irwin Mitchell has developed close links with the producers of TV show Holidays Undercover
Holidays Undercover TV show
We, at Irwin Mitchell Solicitors have been working closely with the popular show, Holidays Undercover and we represent a number of people who travelled on board the Sea Princess cruise which has featured on a recent episode of this ITV show.
The aim of the show is to reveal the problems experienced by members of the public when they encounter a holiday disaster following a stay at a hotel abroad or problems with flights or cruises.
Irwin Mitchell has been liaising with the Holidays Undercover producers for a number of years to highlight the difficulties either past or present clients of Irwin Mitchell have experienced when travelling abroad. The show has in the past used undercover investigators to highlight problems with particular holidays and has featured a number of existing clients as well as those who have successfully concluded their claims for damages.
Irwin Mitchell has an award winning International Travel Litigation Department able to deal with many of the issues raised by the Holidays Undercover team, such as food poisoning caused by food or water supplied by tour operators as part of a package holiday or injuries from accidents abroad.
