Christmas Card Competition – Terms and Conditions

The Promoter of the competition is Irwin Mitchell LLP. The competition is open to children with additional needs who are resident in the UK. Colleagues and their families of Irwin Mitchell Solicitors, their associated companies, advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible for entry.
Entrants must be aged 19 and under. One entry is permitted per person.
Entry to the competition is made by a parent, guardian, or child taking a picture of the design on an A4 piece of paper and emailing it to christmascomp@irwinmitchell.com by 11:59pm on Friday 1 December 2023. Please include details of the entrant, including: name, age, city/town, and if possible, any inspiration for the design.
Keep the original drawing in case we need additional photos or content.
From week commencing Monday 4 December 2023, Irwin Mitchell Solicitors will announce one first place winner and two runners up, as chosen by Irwin Mitchell's judging panel.
Three entries (one winner and two runners up) will receive a prize. First place (the winner) will receive a new Apple IPad, and the runners up (second and third place) will each receive a £50 Amazon voucher.
If your child’s drawing is one of the three winning entries, you will be asked to send your contact details to a given Irwin Mitchell email address. Entrants must be willing to submit their contact details including phone number, email address and postal address, if the drawing wins. Your details will only be used for the purpose of this competition. If an entry is not chosen in the top three winning entries by our judges, the person who submitted the entry will not be notified of this.
Entries to the competition must be made no later than Friday 1 December 2023. Any entries submitted after this time will not be included.
The winners will be notified by Irwin Mitchell via email.
Losing entries will not receive a notification.
No cash alternative to prizes is available and prizes are non-transferable.
If the promoter receives no response from a prize winner within three days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and another entrant will be selected.
By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have agreed to the content of their entry to be used by Irwin Mitchell in the company’s marketing communications. This will include our social media channels, our website, email newsletters and our annual Christmas card, both printed and electronic versions.
For the purpose of our Christmas card, our designers may make minor alterations to the design.
By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
