As sponsor of our IM Able group, which focuses on people with disabilities and long-term health conditions, I really focus on helping us to navigate some of the challenges those individuals face, while also looking to empower them so they can really thrive at Irwin Mitchell.
I don't think we can ever stop learning when it comes to increasing diversity and inclusion, both in the workplace and in society. It's an ongoing journey, and while we're making some positive progress, we're never done with that journey.

Becoming a mother for the first time is possibly the most daunting thing that you will ever do as a woman, certainly in my experience.
The most important thing for me during my two periods of maternity leave is that I've felt, not just supported, but actively encouraged to enjoy my maternity leave. Because of this, I’ve been able to really invest that time with my family, knowing that I can confidently come back into the business.
