I am a Senior Associate & Team Leader within the International Personal Injury Department. I specialise in International Travel litigation in the Birmingham office. I have over 20 years litigation experience and pursue both individual and group action claims arising from accidents and/or illness contracted abroad.
I have expertise in dealing with the following: -
- Accidents abroad of all types (RTA, Trip slips, etc)
- Aviation, Aeronautical and Air Travel related injuries
- Maritime, Marine and Cruise related injuries
- General gastric illness
- E-Coli
- Salmonella
- Giardia
- Campylobacter
- Cryptosporidium
- ETEC
- Shigella
- Cyclospora
- Legionnaires
I also have extensive dealings with tour and cruise operators as well as insurers.
What Inspired You To Get Into Law?
I decided to pursue a career in law as it is an ever evolving and constantly changing discipline making it both challenging and very rewarding.
What Is The Most Rewarding Aspect Of Your Role?
The most rewarding part of my role is obtaining the best outcome for clients in terms of rehabilitation and damages by providing a much needed service to those most vulnerable and in need often following serious illness or injury.
