I specialise in employment law which involves helping employers and employees with day-to-day issues they may face in the workplace. I have gained over 7 years' experience in this area and I always aim to provide practical guidance that is tailored to each client's situation. I have helped to successfully pursue and defend tribunal claims.
What do you like about working at Irwin Mitchell?
I have received an endless amount of support. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming to help me get settled in. I enjoy the quality of work which allows me to get stuck into tasks as well as the encouragement to continuously develop your professional skills. I enjoy the variety and quality of work.
What inspired you to get into law?
Seeing friends and family members struggle with legal issues when I was younger and I was always so fascinated by legal documentaries on the television. I wanted to be in a career where I felt like I was making a difference by taking stress away from people.
What do you do away from the office?
I love to make and bake yummy treats. I also spend time with friends and family as much as I can. I love winding down with a good book and have recently found a new love for psychological thrillers!
