Larisa is a solicitor in the Pensions team assisting Penny Cogher on providing legal advice on all aspects of trust and pension law to their broad range of clients. Her clients include private and public sector organisations such as:

Her background consists of commercial corporate work, commercial litigation as well as professional development in the financial sector which includes pensions and other forms of investment.
Larisa highly values her clients and she takes pride in building and developing long term relationships with them. She works closely with the firm’s corporate, employment, financial services, banking and tax and litigation teams to deliver a full service to clients.
Larisa also advises clients on international transactions, cross-border harmonisation and the operation of pension plans globally.
She advises regularly on GDPR compliance. She also provides advice on TUPE transfer issues enquiries, buy ins and buy outs, early retirement ill health claims, salary exchange and auto enrolment pension increases from April 2019 onwards.
Assisting and advising trustees and their parent company in relation to putting in place a PPF compliant section 75 guarantee for the benefit of the trustees. The advice is in connection with a lending transaction where a guarantor is incorporated in the Dutch jurisdiction.
Larisa is also part of Irwin Mitchell’s Iberian Desk which helps create new business and profile opportunities at an international level but also allows clients to access international legal support.
