I joined Irwin Mitchell in February 2018 as a solicitor in the Serious Injury Team.
I act for adults and children who have sustained complex serious injuries including cases where my client has suffered a spinal cord injury. I also represent clients who have suffered serious orthopaedic injuries or amputation, as well as those who suffer a traumatic brain injury.
I also represent the families of people who have been tragically killed as the result of an accident.
I act for people who have been injured as a result of a variety of accidents, including road traffic accidents and accidents at work.
Prior to joining Irwin Mitchell, I worked as a Paralegal specialising in spinal cord and brain injury claims, before undertaking my training contract. I was then a solicitor specialising in spinal cord injury and other serious injury claims before joining Irwin Mitchell.
What Is The Most Rewarding Aspect Of Your Role?
The most rewarding aspect of my role is seeing one of my clients getting back to doing something that they enjoyed doing before their accident, whether that be getting back to cycling after a serious orthopaedic injury or learning how to bi-ski following a spinal cord injury. I am passionate about using the legal process to get my client's the rehabilitation and therapies that they need to get their lives, as far as possible, back to how it was before their accident.
