Biography
Harry is a senior associate solicitor in the Banking & Finance team based in our London office. He has recently returned from secondment at HSBC where he spent six months as a transaction manager in the Corporate Real Estate team.
Harry acts for a diverse range of borrower and lender clients. His practice covers real estate finance - with particular expertise in acquisition, development, and investment funding. He also specialises in leveraged/acquisition finance for M&A transactions, corporate reorganisations, inter-bank lending, and general corporate banking.

Advising a borrower in the £62m refinancing of a prime residential development.
Advising a developer in managing £83m of acquisition/development funding for two mixed-use sites.
Advising a lender in funding a £75m private equity buyout of a major logistics group.
Advising a state bank in provision of $550m of inter-bank facilities.
Advising a group of petroleum companies in a corporate reorganisation involving circa $40m of debt.
Regularly advising various major UK clearing banks on a range of real estate finance deals relating to commercial, retail, residential, leisure and mixed use properties.
