Hannah is an Associate solicitor based in our Leeds office.
She has experience in all aspects of employment law, from discrimination claims to business transfers under The Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (TUPE). Hannah advises on both contentious and non-contentious matters.
Hannah advises clients on a range of employment law and HR matters on a day to day basis and also delivers training.
Hannah regularly appears in the Employment Tribunal, representing clients at a wide range of hearings, including multi-day discrimination claims.
