Biography
I have been with the firm since 2003 and qualified as a Paralegal in 2008. I am involved in a variety of personal injury claims including road traffic accidents, employment related accidents, occupiers’ liability and public liability. I have dealt with a wide range of cases ranging from straightforward falls to cases with complex and significant injuries.
I have experience of instructing and assisting with cases in the Court of Session, the All-Scotland Personal Injury Court, and in sheriff courts throughout Scotland
What do you like about working at Irwin Mitchell?
I love being part of such a supportive team who are always happy to help and provide support when required. Being part of the wider Irwin Mitchell family means that we have access to a variety of guidance and training tools which broadens my knowledge and experience.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your role?
The most rewarding aspect of my role is achieving the best possible settlement and getting my clients the care and rehabilitation that they require to get them back as close to the position they were in prior to their accident.
What do you do away from the office?
I am a coach for my eldest son’s football team and also help out with my youngest son’s football team, which takes up a substantial amount of my time. I enjoy spending what remaining time I have with friends and family.
