I'm a paralegal with over 10 years' experience of working within the area of Probate and Estate Administration (qualified 2009).
Building a rapport with my clients and working hard to provide them with the best possible service, at a time when they are often feeling vulnerable and are grieving for a loved one, is paramount to me.
Away from the office, I enjoy living in Chichester, socialising with family and friends, walking, photography, and keeping up to date with current affairs.
"Fran, from day one of meeting you, you showed me nothing but kindness. It was a difficult, emotional time for me with my Father seriously ill and subsequently passing away. Your kind, professional and compassionate manner helped me through a very difficult time." Sandie Hancock, client
"Last year I was fortunate enough to have Francesca Scott deal with the estate of a very dear friend. I received the most wonderful advice and service. Francesca’s persistence in tracking down the death certificate and Will of the deceased’s husband in Belgium saved a great deal of money for the estate.
"Throughout her months of work, Francesca was prompt at answering all my questions and keeping me informed. I felt I was dealing with a supportive friend rather than simply a paid solicitor. Above all, I have appreciated her warmth and humour along with her efficiency." - Malcolm Hobson, client
“During a difficult moment for myself personally, and the world situation with the Covid-19, we were kept informed. I am grateful for all they did and the sympathy shown, as well as the willingness to help out with any queries that I had.” - 5* Trustpilot review
"When communicating, Ms Scott explained matters in such a way that I was able to easily understand. Questions and queries were dealt with very promptly and clear guidance given to me. I was given regular updates and felt well-informed." - 5* Trustpilot review
