Biography
I head up the Leasehold Enfranchisement and Residential Management teams, which are divided between our London and Chichester offices.
I am experienced in all aspects of enfranchisement work, including collective and lease extension claims, and right to manage and first refusal claims. I also have a wealth of experience in residential property development and commercial landlord and tenant, and have been regularly named by Legal 500 as a 'Leading Individual'.
Our team acts for a number of intuitional landlords with mixed use buildings and we offer a complete service for all their property needs.
Areas we can advise on include:
- Leasehold Enfranchisement
- Residential Management
- Residential Development
- Rights to Light and Party wall issues
What Inspired You To Get Into Law?
Watching Crown Court as a child in the 1970s! Of course the reality is nothing like that.
What Is The Most Rewarding Aspect Of Your Role?
Achieving successful outcomes for clients whilst operating in a friendly team environment.
What Do You Do Away From The Office?
I attempt golf regularly but badly. I have also just taken up clay pigeon shooting. Otherwise I enjoy travelling and walking my four dogs.
I qualified as a solicitor in 1985.
