Law Firm Sponsors Festival And Parade In The City
National law firm Irwin Mitchell has been confirmed as an official sponsor of this year’s St Patrick’s Day Festival and Parade in Birmingham, which is taking place in the Digbeth area from noon on Sunday (March 16th).
The annual celebration of the patron saint of Ireland, the largest event of its kind in the UK and the third largest in the world behind New York and Dublin, is expected to attract more than 80,000 people from across the city.
Irwin Mitchell’s backing of the parade and festival is just the latest example of its ongoing partnership and work with the Irish community in Birmingham.
The law firm regularly holds fortnightly legal advice clinics for the Irish in Birmingham charity at St Anne’s Parish Centre in Digbeth, while industrial disease lawyer and County Tyrone native Mark Lennon is also acting as a board member of the St Patrick’s Festival this year.
