Law Firm's London Team Assist New Client

National law firm, Irwin Mitchell has advised the London branch of Deutsche Hypo on an £11.3 million investment loan to a Jersey based company which is advised by Lumina Real Estate Capital. 

The loan is secured over Stechford Retail Park near Birmingham.
 
Deutsche Hypo is a German Pfandbrief bank which is a specialist Real Estate Finance lender and part of NORD/LB.

It is another new client for the Finance team at Irwin Mitchell which will soon be boosted by the arrival of finance partners Andrew Watson and John Bew as announced in July.

Simon Tweedle, Real Estate Finance partner, led the Irwin Mitchell team assisted by Sarah Brown, in the Finance Team and Claire Illingworth, Real Estate Associate.  Richard Leeming, assisted by Emily Hannah, of Burges Salmon advised the borrower. 

Jersey Counsel were Katrina Edge of Ogier for Deutsche Hypo and Suzanne Borrowman and Gareth Rigby of Mourant Ozannes for the borrower.
