Samantha Clark joins Irwin Mitchell`s Leeds employment team, having spent the last nine years with Walker Morris. She has fourteen years’ experience in advising on day-to-day employment matters, as well as larger scale issues such as wide-ranging redundancy and restructuring programmes designed to minimise the risks for businesses. She also has extensive experience in representing clients in complex Employment Tribunal claims.Kelly Pattison joins the Sheffield team from HLW solicitors.
