Road Traffic Accident Abroad
The father of a young woman who was killed in a suspected hit and run in Ibiza has spoken of his loss.
Francesca Foulkes, 21, was visiting the Balearic island with her friends when she died in San Antonio in the early hours of Sunday morning.
According to reports, a 24-year-old driver who fled the scene was arrested and later tested positive for drugs including cannabis and cocaine, and alcohol.
On Wednesday, Julian Foulkes paid tribute to his daughter who he said enjoyed "living life to the full".
Mr Foulkes, a special constable with Kent Police, added that she was a keen dancer who would go to the famous Pineapple Dance Studios in London at least once a week.
Mr Foulkes said: "She also loved buying clothes and going out with her friends to socialise.
"She would often be out at pubs and clubs during the weekends and always enjoyed herself, living life to the full.
"As well as being outgoing and popular, Francesca was also extremely kind and considerate to others."

Demetrius Danas at law firm Irwin Mitchell said; "This is a terrible thing to have happened especially to someone so young. Our thoughts are with Francesca Foulkes' family and friends and we hope that a full investigation into the causes of the accident is carried out. Unfortunately, there are still too many people killed or seriously injured in road accidents both here and abroad and we ask that road users are extra vigilant especially now during the summer when many people will be away on their holidays."
