

Specialist Lawyers Support Ambitious Tech Firm On Growth Plans
Irwin Mitchell’s Corporate team has advised London-based Telappliant on its acquisition of Preston-based A&N Business Computer Systems.
The deal provides Telappliant with a managed IT operation in the North West and it will allow A&N to further consolidate its position in the region. A&N also expects to tender for more substantial contracts now it’s part of a larger group.
