Next Phase of Official Legal Partnership Will Help Individuals To Protect What Matters Most
Members of the England Rugby community are now able to get access to specialist support from Irwin Mitchell as the next phase of their Official Legal Partnership gets underway.
Earlier this year, Irwin Mitchell took over England Rugby’s Legal and Tax Helpline for the 1,500 member clubs across the country and launched a new portal for clubs to download legal document templates. Following this success, individual members of England Rugby will be able to access legal services from Irwin Mitchell via the England Rugby Club Hub.
Members can get access to a wide range of legal advice from conveyancing, wills, inheritance tax, power of attorney, pre-nups or planning for later life. Alongside this, they will get exclusive access to discounts on rugby merchandise from Umbro, Gilbert, and OPRO. Their club will also receive an award.

“As England Rugby’s official legal partner, we’re proud to help England Rugby members with a range of legal services. We provide specialist legal advice to individuals, clubs, players and other sporting organisations so we understand the problems or issues that people may be facing. This new service through the Club Hub is just another way that people can get access to expert legal advice to help them protect what matters most.” Andrew Tucker - CEO
Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, Irwin Mitchell and England Rugby have held a successful series of virtual events where around 1,000 people from the rugby community accessed advice on various topics including employment, governance and holding virtual AGMs.
Irwin Mitchell is also working with England Rugby, and international stars Sarah Hunter and Dylan Hartley, to help young players stay involved with the sport for longer and to help more people benefit from the great values that this unique sport teaches through a new mentoring scheme.
