Susana Joins Law Firm’s Executive Board
National law firm Irwin Mitchell has announced the appointment of Susana Berlevy as its new Chief People Officer (CPO).
Susana, who also joins Irwin Mitchell’s Executive Board as part of the appointment, joins Irwin Mitchell from Cynergy Bank where she was responsible for their people strategy and led the Human Resources team.

Susana said: "I’m delighted to be joining such a vibrant business and at a really exciting time. It’s clear that we have exceptionally talented and wonderfully committed people here, and that’s just from my initial glimpses of the work we do and having met a small number of colleagues so far. I really can’t wait to be part of a team that is so obviously proud of making a positive difference to our clients, our communities and in support of each other.”
Andrew Tucker CEO said "It’s great news that Susana has joined us. Her deep experience and passion will undoubtedly help us achieve our vision for the future.
“Her significant experience of creating people strategies focused on transformation will enable us to grow and develop as a business and provide opportunities for our people as a result.”

The business has also continued to develop wellbeing with its line managers undergoing specialist mental health training to be able to support colleagues who may need some help.
