

Jonathan Gist And Kate Dixon Welcomed To Birmingham Office
Leading national law firm Irwin Mitchell Private Wealth has appointed two new solicitors to its Will, Trust and Estate Disputes team in Birmingham.
Partner Jonathan Gist is an experienced solicitor, having joined from BPE Solicitors in Cheltenham where he was also a partner. He has previously worked for Clarke Willmott as well as Charles Russell Speechlys.
His experience spans a wide range of trust and probate disputes, including high-value estate litigation. His client base comprises of multi-generational families from the South West and across the UK. Jonathan is also a member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS), which recognises solicitors that possess particular expertise in the field.
Solicitor Kate Dixon joins Irwin Mitchell Private Wealth from Bradley Haynes Solicitors in Worcester. Having qualified in 2017, Kate is experienced in handling Inheritance Act claims and contentious probate matters, as well as having a background in advising on commercial and property litigation cases.
Jonathan and Kate join the highly regarded Gavin Faber as the second partner for the outfit which is headed nationally by partner Paula Myers. The Birmingham team is recommended in the leading independent legal directory The Legal 500.
The wider Will, Trust and Estate Disputes team has seen impressive growth in recent months, most notably establishing a new team in the leading national law firm’s Manchester office which was announced in April.
