“The Rock2Recovery event is part of our continued work on normalising mental health, and providing a work environment in which our colleagues feel comfortable and safe opening up about their mental health.” Geraldine McCool - Consultant
Jamie Fox said: “Both Jason and I are thankful to Irwin Mitchell for inviting us in to speak with their staff about stress and mental health.
“Both of us have experienced mental health struggles and we believe we can offer a real insight into the subject so we were delighted to come in and share that with Irwin Mitchell.
“At Rock2Recovery our approach is to inspire, coach and motivate towards a more positive future. We believe to do this, you have to be open about the subject and hopefully those who attended the talk will have left feeling a little bit more motivated and inspired.”
