Real Estate Team Advise On New Restaurant In Broadgate Circle

National law firm Irwin Mitchell has advised ETM , the London pub and restaurant group on its bar and restaurant The Botanist taking space in the new, redeveloped £20m Broadgate Circle Development. 

Broadgate Circle is the food, drink and leisure scheme at Broadgate in the City  which will re-open in Spring 2015 with 11 high profile brands. 

ETM Group is one of London’s most renowned pub and restaurant groups owning 11 venues across central London. Founded by brothers Ed and Tom Martin in 2000, it includes smart gastro pubs, contemporary brasseries/bars and small neighbourhood pubs, including in the City/Docklands One Canada Square, The Jugged Hare, The Chiswell Street Dining Rooms, The Gun, The White Swan, The Well and The Hat and Tun and in the West End, The Botanist and the Cadogan Arms.
