

Leading Law Firm Continues To Invest In Its Expanding Property Team
The Leeds office of national law firm Irwin Mitchell has announced the appointment of Senior Solicitor David Cowgill within its leading Real Estate team.
Joining Irwin Mitchell from DWF in Leeds, David specialises in all areas of commercial property work. In addition to providing support on landlord and tenant issues, including property management, he advises on acquisitions and disposals as well as on investment and development projects.
Before moving to DWF in 2009, he trained within the Real Estate department of Lawrence Graham in London. David is the current Treasurer of the Leeds Law Society.
David’s appointment at Irwin Mitchell is the latest addition to the firm’s fast-growing real estate division and part of its on-going strategic drive to establish itself as the leading real estate practice in the UK.
Across Yorkshire, Irwin Mitchell’s real estate team consists of nine partners and five associates. The firm’s real estate department in Leeds is headed up by John Flathers.
