Child ‘Struck By Slow-Moving Vehicle’
Cornwall Police are continuing to investigate after a five-year-old girl was killed after being struck by a slow-moving vehicle at a vintage steam fair.
Officers have revealed that the girl, who has not been named, suffered fatal injuries and could not be resuscitated after she was hit in the incident at Lanlivery Steam Fair near Lostwithiel, Devon on Saturday morning (September 8th).
The Health and Safety Executive has been informed of the death, while police are also asking anyone who witnessed the incident to come forward.
