Irwin Mitchell Supports Summer Fair To Raise Funds For Charity

lawyers from Irwin Mitchell is getting set to lock horns with other challengers at the annual Dove House Hospice ‘Its a Knockout’ competition this Sunday as part of the charity’s Summer Fair.

The law firm is the proud sponsor of the Fair which is taking place at Chamberlain Road premises from 11am till 4pm featuring a bar, games, tombola, barbecue and bouncy castle.

The Summer Fair is the charity’s largest summer event aimed at families and friends of the hospice, and attracts the region’s businesses and their employees to battle it out in the special ‘It’s a Knock Out’ Competition.

Jane Wright, Head of the personal injury team at Irwin Mitchell’s Leeds office, said: “We’re proud to sponsor Dove House’s annual fundraising event. Irwin Mitchell has had a number of clients cared for at the hospice and we are massive supporters of the fantastic work they do.

“We’ve been involved in many fundraising activities for Dove House in the past including a team running the Hull 10k and we’ve taken part in their giant Easter egg competitions. We hope this year’s Summer Fair and ‘It’s a Knock Out’ will be a huge success and hopefully raise vital funds for the charity.”
 
Dove House is the only adult hospice in Hull, providing care to people with life limiting illnesses from their 20 bedded in-patient unit.
