Law Firm Advises OCS Group

National law firm Irwin Mitchell's real estate team has advised new client OCS Group on the acquisition of a new UK head office building in Crawley, Sussex. 

OCS acquired the 24,000 sq ft office space at No 4 Tilgate Business Park, Pease Pottage from developer Helical Bar.  OCS Group UK and parent company OCS Group plan to begin moving into the space following fit out in September 2011.

This is the first time the real estate team has acted for OCS, which is a leading provider of international facilities management services, although the firm’s corporate team advised the group on a disposal of corporate assets earlier this year.

The Irwin Mitchell team was led by real estate partner Lewis Myers, assisted by associate, Alex Brown, with David Parton, partner, assisted by Vanessa Greaves, advising on construction aspects.  Helical Bar was advised by Stephen Stephens of Lawrence Graham.
