Biography
I am a client experience coach for Irwin Mitchell's Legal Helpline. I'm responsible for ensuring that advisers that come to the Legal Helpline feel confident and well prepared to deal with the wide range of legal enquiries that are presented to the Helpline. I work very closely with the Learning and Development team to ensure that the new Colleague Experience within the Legal Helpline is a positive one.
I'm an Associate Solicitor and have worked for Irwin Mitchell since 2007 and during this time I have gained experience in many different areas of law. It is on this experience that I am able to draw upon to ensure that the advisers that come to the Legal Helpline are able to receive a comprehensive training scheme that allows them to fulfil their roles with confidence.
I work closely with the Head of the Legal Helpline to ensure that new business that comes into the Legal Helpline is handled by advisers that have the right amount of knowledge and understanding to provide the best client experience.
