"Life Changer! I chose Irwin Mitchell from previous reviews and made my own mind due high value website which contains a lot information before I joined. I was really nervous meeting them but since that day I couldn't made better decision just to let them do them job and feel safe. Since Jack Sales accepted my case, since I been with him I never felt more calm and actually being cared and looked after." - Kristina, read the full review on Trustpilot
"Excellent service. Irwin Mitchell provided an excellent, professional service from start to finish. Their commitment to securing the best outcome possible is second to none. The speed with which the legal executive, Jack Sales, who was allocated to our case responded to my enquiries and dealt with any issues was outstanding and he assisted with making the process as easy as possible. I would definitely recommend using Irwin Mitchell for any accident related claims." - Ms Charles, read the full review on Trustpilot
What inspired you to get into law?
I started out my career at Irwin Mitchell as a school leaver. It was my first full-time job. I began my Irwin Mitchell life in 2008 as part of the Facilities Team. After developing an interest in the law I secured a role in the Serious Injury department.
I began helping on cases before being given my own case load upon becoming a Paralegal. One of my first cases went to trial at the High Court of Justice where we were successful. In my spare time I studied to become a Chartered Legal Executive, qualifying in 2018.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your role?
The most rewarding aspect of being a Serious Injury lawyer is actively assisting clients to get their lives back on track, especially after what can often be life changing injuries.
Over the course of a claim you see the progress a client can make. This is usually through their own hard work and determination but also by using the legal claim to assist them in securing funding for rehabilitation and treatment.
What do you like about working at Irwin Mitchell?
Irwin Mitchell’s greatest asset is its employees. My colleagues are great and I love working with them on a daily basis. I have made lifelong friends working here and it is a privilege to be a part of a team who strive for the best for our clients.
What do you do away from the office?
Away from work I like to spend time with friends and family, get away on trips abroad whenever I can and watch and play sports. I also have a keen interest in live music and have developed a love of jazz in recent years.
