Biography
I joined Irwin Mitchell in 1999, as a Documents Clerk in the Commercial Litigation Department and joined the Costs Team in September 2020 as a Trainee Law Costs Draftsman. I went on to qualify as a Costs Draftsman in 2004 and as a Costs Lawyer in 2011.
I am a founding member of the Billing Team, where I am responsible for preparing large, complex, high value Bills of Costs, specialising in Claimant serious injury and medical negligence work. I have also undertaken other aspects of personal injury, commercial and legal aid work, to include preparing detailed Schedules, Replies to Points of Dispute, negotiations and preparing for Detailed Assessment Hearings.
