Biography
Gillian is experienced in both contentious and non-contentious insolvency and restructuring, including both formal insolvency procedures and informal restructuring, turnaround and re-financing arrangements. Gillian specialises in corporate recovery, insolvency and international debt recovery, focusing on underperforming businesses in distress, as well as distressed individuals.
Gillian provides restructuring and insolvency advice to Insolvency Practitioners, companies, individuals, lenders, directors, shareholders and creditors. Gillian aims to give the best commercial advice and solutions in difficult scenarios. She can advise companies and individuals who are struggling financially, whilst protecting stakeholder interests wherever possible.
Gillian also has a background in international debt recovery having previously held an in house legal role for an international debt collection agency. Her particular focus is on recovering UK debt for international creditors. Gillian also assists on the recovery of international debt primarily in USA and Europe.
