Biography
Geraint has been a corporate lawyer in the City for over 40 years and has been a partner in a number of well-known firms. He joined IM in June 2023. Although he has a wide range of experience in working on corporate transactions and in providing corporate advice to companies, funds, investment managers and individuals (usually at senior/board level), he specialises in venture capital and private equity work, usually acting for the investors.
Over the last 10 years he has been very involved in the search fund (Entrepreneurship by Acquisition) sector and has worked for a large number of search funds from initial funding to completion of acquisitions. He recently advised on the largest UK search fund acquisition to date.
