I am an experienced associate who has been working in the field of costs recovery for over 11 years. I specialise in complex personal injury cost recovery and commercial costs recovery.
I am confident in pursuing cases from start to finish engaged in drafting bills, negotiating settlements, providing costs advices, answering funding queries, drafting Replies/Points of Dispute, drafting Court documents and dealing with all matters up to Detailed Assessments Hearings; all with the aim of achieving the best possible outcome for my clients.
My attention to detail and ability to think creatively enable me to identify and pursue every possible avenue to maximise my clients’ recoveries.
I lead the Commercial Costs Team and lead by example by being a dedicated and passionate legal professional committed to providing the highest possible standards of service to our clients through a combination of technical expertise, client focus and tenacity.
