Byron joined the Insolvency and Restructuring team at Irwin Mitchell in September 2018 after successfully completing his two year training contract at the firm.
He has gained a breadth of experience in advising on a range of both corporate and personal insolvency issues.
Byron has particular experience in contentious insolvency matters which involves acting for insolvency practitioners in claims against third parties brought under the Insolvency Act 1986.
Byron speaks and writes fluent French and Spanish and therefore has a keen interest in advising on cross-border insolvency issues.
- Acting on a cross-border pension dispute involving three Irish Bankrupts.
- Advising an Insolvency Practitioner on claims commenced by a company in administration against a Spanish Port Authority.
