Biography
I am an Associate Solicitor in the Insolvency and Restructuring Team and have a breadth of experience in dealing with both personal and corporate insolvency issues.
I have gained particular experience in dealing with high-value contentious insolvency matters acting for both insolvency practitioner clients as well as debtors. I particularly enjoy advising clients on complex investigation matters which often involve a very hands-on and innovative approach in order to successfully bring claims on behalf of clients.
I have an undergraduate degree in European Studies with French and Spanish and I am therefore able to write and converse in both French and Spanish to a high level. This has provided me with a keen interest in advising clients on cross-border insolvency related issues.
I also have an interest in agricultural / rural insolvencies after coming from a farming background and thoroughly enjoy the challenge of advising clients on these type of insolvencies which are rarely straightforward.
