Biography
Ben works with clients on matters including disposals and acquisitions of property, management of portfolios, site assembly and corporate support. His range of clients covers:

Ben also acts for a range of residential developers, from small scale local developers to national house builders. He works on schemes including city centre apartments, mixed use, urban regeneration and out-of-town/rural developments.
Ben’s expertise includes advising on the Electronic Communications Code and he has advised telecoms operators on matters such as site share contracts, agreements to utilise street furniture and sea bed licences.
