I recently advised a high-net-worth family on lettings and property management relating to their UK property portfolio, which primarily comprises high-value Grade A office space in the City of London.

I also advised a client and a local authority in relation to a residential housing local plan, including due diligence and title reports on several sites in Sheffield.

I have advised on numerous development projects including:

• A large national housebuilder on various complex public/private partnership regeneration schemes involving several hundred plots in Liverpool, Hyndburn, Rochdale, Manchester, Barnsley and Oldham. Many of these schemes involved the construction of public realm such as parks and recreational areas and CPO powers and appropriation were often used to acquire and cleanse titles; and
• A local developer on the development and successful onward disposal of a mixed-use scheme in Sheffield. The site included substantial office and leisure components together with 300 private apartments for sale with undercroft car parking.
