Expert Opinion
“We’re delighted to be working with CILEx Law school on our Paralegal Apprenticeship programme. We see quality apprenticeships as a key part of our talent strategy – allowing us to invest in staff and promote from within.
“The reality of the modern legal world is that, whilst there will always be highly skilled solicitors and partners within legal practice, we are employing more paralegals and this route provides young people with an opportunity to develop a career in law.
“Ten apprentices will be joining the firm in September in our Birmingham, Leeds, London and Sheffield offices and we hope to extend this further in future years, following the success of schemes in Gatwick.” Janet Sandford - Head of Talent & Resourcing
Those interested in applying for an apprenticeship should send their CV and covering letter indicating their preferred location to IMApprenticeships@irwinmitchell.com before the 22 April 2016.
